The fine print — read before you buy in. The Pictures Pack is your way to back Grimm Hollywood and its shows for the season — a voluntary contribution to the production, and all sales are final. A purchase supports the show; it does not entitle anyone to appear in, be named in, cast in, or featured by any show, and grants no right to participation of any kind. Whether and how anyone appears is at Grimm Hollywood's sole and absolute discretion, and Grimm Hollywood may decline, remove, or refuse to feature any participant at any time, for any reason or no reason — including conduct or community standards — with any such decision final. Grimm Hollywood may also change, pause, reschedule, or end any show, season, or the Pictures Pack at any time, including for reasons beyond its control (illness, injury, or anything that stops the show being made); if a season is paused or interrupted, your seat and its perks carry over and are delivered when the show returns. Seats aren't transferable. A BAN OR A MUTE MEANS NO SEAT. If you are already banned from, or muted in, any Grimm Hollywood chat on any platform at the time you buy, you are not eligible — the seat is void, nothing goes on screen, and your payment is treated simply as a voluntary tip to the production. The same applies if you are banned or muted at any point during the season: the seat is forfeited immediately and any credit may be removed. Buying a seat does not lift a ban, and all sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to all of this.
